Our Story
Flitch Coffee operates out of a remodeled 1952 Spartan trailer. We work with local and national roasters to bring a variety of coffees to our menu, and we collaborate with local bakers, retailers, vendors, and farms to bring quality products to our customers.
We're located on the eastside of Austin, at the corner of Holton and Tillery, sharing a lot with Harvest Lumber Company, a sawmill and lumber warehouse. Stop by and see us.

"Really nice coffee in a convenient location. They also usually have a food truck open beside them. The lattes are really tasty! The space is dog and children friendly. Complimentary water is available and the drinks come out quick. No complaints."
